Dick Lund, our moderator for the evening, began his commercial real estate career in 1978 with Grubb & Ellis. Dick rose to the position of national director of real estate investments where he managed teams in 54 offices nationwide. Leveraging his investment sales expertise, Dick founded Biltmore Holdings which has now owned and/or developed over $1.3 billion in real estate transactions over the past 15 years. Dick has served on the boards of several industry and charitable organizations, including past President of REAIC Southwest.

Three competing teams of graduating MRED students will each present a development solution for a storied piece of local Arizona real estate. Each team will have just 10 minutes to present, with the winning team selected by the audience. The winning team members will each receive a $1,000 cash prize, up to $6,000.
